How to Set The Mood for Seniors to Go to Sleep
Your environment plays a huge role in how you feel, especially for a senior. If your loved one is having trouble sleeping at night, they may need more help creating a bedtime routine and resting in a relaxing environment that promotes sleep. But an hour before bed, a senior may want to take a nice warm shower, turn off the TV, and drink a hot cup of tea. Setting the mood can be important for a senior who needs to go to bed around the same time every night.
